POLICY / SECURITY

The information you give us stays at Share the Road Apparel. We maintain strict security over the information you give us and we only use the information to process your orders. We do not save credit card information. Your personal information is never shared or sold to any outside parties. We have appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you so you can feel comfortable and secure when shopping. We use industry standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving your personal information. On the Internet, when you see either a solid key icon or a locked padlock icon at the lower portion of your browser window, this indicates that the site is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

 

 

SHIPPING

Allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery, although most people receive their packages sooner. We do not ship to destinations outside the U.S.

 

 

BACKORDER

We only display the items that we currently have in stock. If for some reason the item your order is out of stock at the time you place the order, we will have it produced for you. If that is the case, we will notify you by email and it will take us 6-8 weeks to make your order. Your credit card will be authorized on the date your order is placed but you will not be charged until the item ships. We will try to provide you with an approximate ship date for your item(s) but please note these dates are subject to change. At Share the Road Apparel, we stand 100% behind our product – that's why we don't mass produce our jerseys in the first place. We want to give you a great shopping experience and a better product. If a particular product does go out of stock, we hope you understand and we will do our best to get your jersey in your hands as soon as possible so you can get out on the road and ride!

 

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGE

We take extensive measures to ensure the quality of the goods before we deliver them to you. However, if you're not happy with your order, you can exchange it or return it for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned unworn. Contact us at info@str-apparel.com and we email you return/exchange form.  Fill out the return/exchange form (included with your order) and include a copy with your shipment back to us. All returns must be mailed within 15 days of receiving your products.

 

 

CANCELATION

Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Your Order on the "Confirm and Submit" page. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order. To attempt to cancel your order during processing send an email to sales@str-apparel.com with the subject of CANCEL ORDER and include your order information. If it has already been shipped and you have changed your mind about the order, you can return any unwanted items in accordance with the return policy.
